As a key aspect of the Booka for ACT Sport and Recreation project, RcD is providing the first vendor-hosted cloud solution to provide audit and invoicing capabilities that integrates with multiple financial reconciliation systems including Oracle Finance and the Westpac QuickWeb payment gateway.

About the Project

RcD worked closely with ACT Government Shared Services, TCCS ICT, the Access Canberra Cashlink Team and the Westpac Banking Corporation to develop API integrations to ensure payments could be made for ACT Sport and Recreation services via multiple payment methods.

The system allows the public and stakeholders to make payments via multiple points including over the counter and electronically. The integration built by RcD ensures that payments are recorded, reconciled and cross verified with multiple checkpoints.

This project enables the ACT Government to receive payment for public use assets at time of booking, reporting on transactions and revenues in real time, as opposed to over 30 days past payment.
